For millions of Americans receiving Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI), knowing the exact February 2026 payment date is critical for budgeting rent, utilities, and medical costs.

SSDI payments follow Social Security’s standard Wednesday schedule, based on your date of birth.

February 2026 SSDI Payment Schedule

If you receive SSDI only (and did not start benefits before May 1997), your payment date depends on your birthday:

  • Wednesday, February 11, 2026
    SSDI recipients born between the 1st and 10th

  • Wednesday, February 18, 2026
    SSDI recipients born between the 11th and 20th

  • Wednesday, February 25, 2026
    SSDI recipients born between the 21st and 31st

Payments are sent by direct deposit or Direct Express card and usually arrive early in the morning on your scheduled date.
